You will belong to the student health department of the education administration together with other school nurses, school counselors, psychologists, speech therapists, educational supervisors, and special educators, thereby contributing to the development of student health work throughout the municipality. In collaboration with other school nurses, development work within the medical intervention of student health is driven.

You will work at a primary school in Vännäs and be part of the school's local student health team in cross-professional collaboration. As the school's medical resource, you will work with preventive and health-promoting measures to support students' development towards the goals of education. You will be responsible for students' health visits, vaccinations, reception work, simpler medical interventions, as well as contacts with guardians and other authorities.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse, specialist nurse for children and youth, or school nurse. Good knowledge of the PMO journal system is an advantage.
